Cancellation Policy
Service/Product Cancellations:
Customers can request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase for services that have not yet been initiated.
Once the service/product has been initiated or delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Process:
Customers must email us at bossappstudio@gmail.com with the order details and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and confirmation will be provided within 48 hours.
Refunds for Cancellations:
If the cancellation is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy timeline.
